Ordering and Viewing Orders

 

Q: How do I order products?

A: Signup for account, and simply add items to your shopping cart, and follow the onscreen instructions as you go through the checkout. Enter your shipping address and contact details, select your shipping and payment method and follow the email notifications as your order flows through the Stanley Imports ordering system.

 

Q: What do I do if I want to order larger volumes of product, or talk to you about ordering a consolidated container of various goods?

A: You need to talk to our office staff who can discuss the details of your specific ordering requirements in detail. Contact a staff member by emailing sales@stanleyimports.com.vu.

 

Q: How do I check the goods I have ordered?

A: You can see the goods in you shopping cart at any time during the order process by selecting view cart. Following completion of your order, please log in and view your account, to follow the processing of your order, and see your transaction history.

 

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

 

Q: When do I have to pay for the goods?

A: Unless you have previously arranged credit facilities with stanleyimports.com.vu, You are required to pay for all Goods before dispatch, or on delivery (you can select your payment method in the checkout area of the site).

 

Q: When will you clear my payment permitting the goods to be sent?

A: In the case that stanleyimports.com.vu has agreed in writing to extend a line of credit to you, you shall pay for the goods under the specific terms of such credit arrangement, however, payments received by cheque may be required to be cleared before dispatch of Your order.

 

Q: If an amount of credit is granted, who will determine the amount of the line of credit?

A: Stanleyimports.com.vu has the sole right to determine the amount of credit offered to you and may withdraw this offer of credit at any time for any reason.

 

Q: What are the Payment Methods?

A: We currently accept BANK DEPOSIT, IN-STORE PAYMENT, MANUAL DEBIT CARD PROCESSING and PAYMENT ON DELIVERY as payment methods.


Q: How do you operate promotions and special pricing?

A: Check regularly to view our latest specials and product promotions.  These special product and price offerings are always provided on the basis of 'while stocks last', and no rain checks will be offered.  We operate by a first come - first in basis.  Don't forget to check our direct deals from offshore too!
